石碰教授简介
石碰教授，现任英国格拉摩根大学(University of Glamorgan)计算机与数学科学系教授、博士生导师，澳大利亚维多利亚大学(Victoria University)工程科学系教授、博士生导师。1982年毕业于哈尔滨工业大学数学系获理学学士学位；1985年毕业于中国哈尔滨工程大学系统工程专业获工学硕士学位；1994年于澳大利亚Newcastle大学电子工程与计算科学专业获工学博士学位；1998年获澳大利亚South Australia大学数学专业理学博士学位。英国数学及应用数学学会(Institute of Mathematics and its Applications, UK)、美国电子和电气工程师协会(IEEE)高级会员。
石碰教授的研究领域主要包括：随机系统，时滞系统，不确定系统以及混杂系统的鲁棒与最优控制及状态估计，故障检测与容错控制及可靠控制，随机信号处理，模糊系统控制方法等。已撰写三本专著，并在IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control, Automatic, SIAM Journal on Control and Optimization, International Journal of Control, IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems, IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man and Cybernetics-B, IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks, IEEE Transactions on Circuit and Systems, IEEE Transactions on Control Systems Technology等国际杂志发表300多篇学术论文，他引1000多次，尤其是其在随机系统的状态估计与控制、鲁棒性分析方面的工作得到了国际同行的高度认可，并取得广泛应用。
石碰教授目前担任SCI检索国际学术期刊Int. J. of Innovative Computing Information and Control主编，Int. J. of Nonlinear Dynamics and Systems Theory杂志区域主编，并担任多个国际顶级学术刊物的顾问或编委会成员，如：IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control; IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man and Cybernetics-B; and IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems; Information Sciences; Signal Processing; Int. J. of Systems Science; Nonlinear Analysis; Circuits Systems and Signal Processing 等。
